Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and classroom spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 48 hours for full processing, depending on current volume.
Once your application is approved, the enrollment fee will be added to your Brightwheel account and an invoice will be sent. Your child’s spot is officially secured once the enrollment fee is paid in full.
If your preferred class is no longer available, we’ll be happy to reach out and talk through other options with you.

Once your application is reviewed and approved*, you will be charged a non-refundable enrollment fee which can then be paid online. Your payment will complete the enrollment process and reserve your child's spot in our program.
* The approval process may take up to 48 hours.

*If paid monthly, the annual amount is divided into 9 equal payments and paid September through May regardless of holidays, days missed due to illness, or number of days in the month.
