Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received and classroom spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 72 hours for application processing, depending on current workload. However, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours acknowledging receipt of your application. Upon approval, the enrollment fee will be added to your Brightwheel account, and you will receive an invoice. Your registration is considered complete once the enrollment fee is paid in full, securing your child's place in the class of your choice. If your class preference is no longer available, you will be contacted to discuss available options.

Once your application is reviewed and approved*, you will be charged a non-refundable enrollment fee which can then be paid online. Your payment will complete the enrollment process and reserve your child's spot in our program.
* The approval process may take up to 24 hours.

*If paid monthly, the annual amount is divided into 9 equal payments and paid September through May regardless of holidays, days missed due to illness, or number of days in the month.
